If you’re looking for a dating site with decent support, Rankontre is not the one. When it comes to customer service, they fall short of expectations and leave users feeling frustrated and unheard.
When I first signed up for Rankontre, I was excited about their promise of fast response times from their customer service team – but that turned out to be nothing more than empty words. After sending multiple emails asking questions or requesting help with my account setup process, all I got in return were crickets chirping! No matter how many messages I sent them over the course of several weeks – none were ever answered by anyone on their end. Talk about being left high and dry!
The website does have an FAQ page which can provide some basic information regarding common issues such as password resets or billing inquiries; however if your issue isn’t listed there then good luck getting any assistance whatsoever from this company’s so-called “support staff". To make matters worse – even when they do respond (which is rare) it usually takes days before you get a reply back…and even then it doesn’t address your problem adequately enough anyway so what’s the point?
All things considered – if you’re looking for quality online dating services coupled with reliable support look elsewhere because unfortunately Rankontre falls flat in both departments. You’d be better off spending time trying to find someone special offline rather than wasting energy dealing with these guys who don’t seem capable (or willing!) of providing anything resembling helpful customer care
