If you’re looking for a dating site with good customer support, DateBritishGuys isn’t it. Trying to get help from them is like pulling teeth! I contacted their team multiple times and never got any response – not even an automated one. It’s like they don’t care about the users at all!
The only way to access “support” on this website is through email or snail mail – there are no phone numbers listed anywhere, so if you need something urgently then forget about getting quick assistance here. And as far as FAQs go? Don’t bother wasting your time trying to find them because they simply don’t exist; nothing but crickets when it comes to helpful information of that sort either… Talk about being left in the dark!
What makes matters worse is that when (and if) someone does respond back after days or weeks have gone by, the answers aren’t very helpful anyway – more often than not my questions were completely ignored altogether instead of answered properly… Not cool at all! And don’t even get me started on how long it takes pages to load – if I wanted my time wasted like this I’d watch paint dry instead!

It feels like all your money goes down the drain without any real benefit in return – talk about getting taken for a ride!
