If you’re looking for a dating site with decent support, Lovemix is not the one. Trying to get help from them is like pulling teeth – it’s slow and painful! I’ve contacted their customer service team several times but never got any response or when they did reply, it was unsatisfactory.
Lovemix has no page dedicated to frequently asked questions so users are left in the dark about how they can access support if something goes wrong on the website. The only way of getting assistance appears to be through emailing their customer service department which takes forever; there’s no telling how long you’ll have to wait before hearing back from them – could be days or even weeks! It doesn’t give me much confidence that my issue will ever get resolved at all.
The lack of proper customer care makes using Lovemix a real drag as far as I’m concerned; this kind of thing should really take priority over other aspects of running an online dating site because people need reassurance that someone will actually respond if anything does go wrong during their time on there. And yet here we are: waiting around for ages just hoping somebody might eventually come along and sort out our problem… What a joke!
To sum up then, trying to contact Lovemix’s support team isn’t worth your while – don’t bother wasting your breath (or typing fingers) sending emails off into oblivion expecting answers anytime soon… Good luck finding another dating platform with better aftercare options instead – trust me, you won’t regret it in the end!
