When it comes to getting help from Muzz, you might as well be talking to a brick wall. It’s like they don’t even care about their users! I’ve tried contacting support multiple times and either never got a response or the one I did get was less than satisfactory. They really need to step up their game when it comes to customer service – no wonder so many people are jumping ship!
The only way you can access any kind of support is through email, which means that if something goes wrong on your account or with another user then there’s not much you can do except wait for an answer – good luck with that though because responses usually take days (if at all). And forget about finding answers in the FAQ section; apparently this isn’t part of Muzz’s repertoire yet. What year are we living in again?
I think what frustrates me most is how unhelpful and dismissive the staff seem when responding back via email – if they bother replying at all that is… Even after sending screenshots and providing detailed descriptions of my problem(s), they just reply back saying “we’re sorry but there’s nothing we can do right now." No explanation whatsoever as why things aren’t working out or what steps could be taken next… Nothing! Talk about giving someone the cold shoulder.
All-in-all, trying to contact Muzz for assistance should come under ‘things best avoided’. Unless waiting around forever while being treated like dirt sounds appealing (it doesn’t!), then steer clear from relying on them for anything more than basic dating advice/tips etc.. If ever faced with technical issues regarding your account however, prepare yourself for disappointment because chances are high nothing will get resolved anytime soon – let alone properly addressed by anyone who actually knows what they’re doing over there…
