Well, if you’re looking for a dating site that’s worth your time and money, TGPersonals ain’t it. It’s like trying to find a needle in a haystack! The search function is really limited so there are barely any matches to choose from. Plus the user interface looks outdated – it’s not even close to being modern or sleek. On top of all that, I found most profiles were either fake or inactive which makes me think this site isn’t exactly popular with users anymore…so why bother? Save yourself some trouble and steer clear of TGPersonals!

If you’re looking for a dating site with good support, TGPersonals is not the one. Don’t expect any help from them if something goes wrong – they’re about as useful as a chocolate teapot!

When it comes to customer service, their response time leaves much to be desired. I contacted them several times and either got no reply or an unsatisfactory answer that didn’t really address my issue. There’s also no page of frequently asked questions on the website which would have been very helpful in resolving some common issues quickly without having to contact support at all.

The only way users can access support on TGPersonals is by submitting a ticket through their online form – but even then there are no guarantees that someone will get back to you anytime soon (if ever). The whole process feels like playing Russian roulette; sometimes your request gets answered within minutes while other times you might wait days before getting any kind of response – talk about hit-and-miss! It’s enough to make anyone pull out what little hair they have left after dealing with this frustratingly slow system!
