When it comes to safety and security, TurkishPersonals leaves a lot to be desired. It’s not the worst dating app out there, but let’s just say that if I were you I wouldn’t bet my life on it!
First of all, there is no verification process for users so anyone can join without proving their identity or age. That means you could easily end up talking with someone who isn’t being honest about themselves – yikes! And don’t even get me started on bots and fake accounts; they seem to run rampant here which makes me wonder how much effort goes into fighting them off? Sadly none at all as far as I can tell… There doesn’t appear to be any two-step verification either which adds an extra layer of protection against hackers – talk about a major fail in my book.
What else? Well photos are supposedly manually reviewed before going live (which is good) but when was the last time that actually happened?! The privacy policy also needs some work because right now it seems pretty vague and unclear – definitely something worth looking into more closely if you’re serious about using this app safely. All in all though, TurkishPersonals really falls short when it comes down to protecting its users from potential scammers or fraudsters – ugh what a bummer!
User Profiles
If you’re looking for a Turkish dating site, then look no further than TurkishPersonals. But be warned: it might not be the best experience! I tried out this website and was less than impressed with what I found.
First off, all of the profiles are public so anyone can view them – even if they don’t have an account on the site. That’s pretty sketchy in my opinion; who wants their profile to be seen by everyone? Plus there isn’t any way to set a custom bio or hide your location info either which is kind of lame considering most other sites offer that option these days. On top of that, there wasn’t really any indication as to how far away someone lived from me – making it difficult to find people nearby who could actually meet up in person instead of just chatting online forever without ever meeting each other face-to-face (which let’s face it – ain’t nobody got time for!).
The premium subscription doesn’t seem like much better either since all you get is access some extra features like “Admirers List" and "Favorites List". Meh…I guess those would come in handy but still nothing compared to what some other sites offer nowadays such as unlimited messaging options or video chat capabilities etc.. And speaking about being limited…it seems almost impossible NOT TO run into fake accounts here because none are verified before being added onto the platform meaning scammers galore! Yikes!!
All things considered, if you’re looking for something serious then TurkishPersonals probably isn’t going cut it – at least not anytime soon anyway! So unless you want more hassle than happiness when trying out online dating websites then maybe steer clear from this one until they make some major improvements down the line…
