If you’re looking for a dating site with great support, WestSluts is not the one. I had high hopes when I signed up but quickly realized that customer service was lacking. It’s almost like they don’t want to help their users!
The response time from WestSluts’ support team is slow and unreliable at best – it took me several attempts before getting any kind of reply back, and even then it wasn’t satisfactory or helpful in solving my issue. There isn’t really an FAQ page either; if there were more answers readily available on the website itself, this would be much less of an issue.
To make matters worse, contacting them directly doesn’t get you very far either – all emails seem to go into some sort of black hole where no-one ever reads them! Even after waiting days for a response (which never came), nothing changed: still zero communication from anyone at WestSluts about how to solve my problem or what could have gone wrong in the first place… absolutely infuriating!
If your experience with online dating sites has been anything like mine so far then stay away from West Slutswhen seeking assistance – because believe me when I say that their “support” leaves something seriously wanting… You’re better off finding someone else who can provide real help than wasting your time trying to contact these guys!!
