When it comes to customer support, j4l leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve been using the site for some time now and have had nothing but bad experiences when trying to get help from their team. From what I can tell, there is no real way of getting in touch with them – at least not quickly or easily! The only option seems to be sending an email through their website contact form which usually takes days (if you ever hear back) before they respond.
What’s worse is that even if you do manage to reach out via this method, the response isn’t very helpful most of the time; it often feels like they just copy-paste generic answers without actually taking your issue into account properly. And don’t even think about calling – there doesn’t seem any phone number available anywhere on their page!
There are also no FAQs pages as far as I can see either so users who want more information or need advice won’t find much help here unfortunately…which makes me wonder why anyone would choose j4l over other dating sites where support teams are much more responsive? It really does feel like all hope has gone down the drain whenever something goes wrong while using this service and that sucks big time!
Overall then my experience with J4L’s customer support has been pretty abysmal: slow responses times combined with unhelpful replies make for a terrible user experience overall – one which could definitely use improvement if they’re going stay competitive in today’s online dating market place
